The Licensee receives usage rights only and does not acquire ownership of the original recordings.

11. CONTENT DESCRIPTION AND RECORDING INFORMATION

Sensitive wildlife-location information may be intentionally omitted or generalised where disclosure could potentially disturb or endanger wildlife.

12. WILDLIFE AND CONSERVATION RECORDINGS

Where recordings contain wildlife, bird, amphibian, insect or other animal sounds, the recordings are intended to document natural acoustic environments and wildlife behaviour.

The Licensee must not use the recordings in a manner that falsely represents staged, captive or manipulated wildlife behaviour.

Where applicable, species identification and location information should be treated as field-recording observations rather than absolute scientific determinations.

13. NO GUARANTEE OF SPECIES IDENTIFICATION

Unless specifically identified and verified by an appropriate expert, species names, behavioural descriptions and other biological information supplied with a recording are provided as field observations or best-effort identifications.

The Licensor does not guarantee scientific accuracy of species identification unless expressly stated.

14. RECORDING ETHICS

The Licensor represents that reasonable efforts were made to obtain the recordings responsibly and without intentionally causing harm or significant disturbance to wildlife.

The recordings should not be used to encourage harmful wildlife interaction, baiting, disturbance or illegal activity.

Transfer of the completed production containing the recordings is permitted where such transfer does not provide the recipient with standalone access to the original recordings.

19. REFUNDS

Once the Sound Library has been downloaded or otherwise delivered digitally, refunds are subject to the seller’s applicable refund policy.

Custom licenses, commissioned recordings and specially prepared libraries may be non-refundable once production or delivery has commenced.

20. BREACH OF LICENSE

If the Licensee materially violates this agreement, the Licensor may require the Licensee to stop the unauthorised use and remove or destroy unauthorised copies of the Sound Library.

Existing completed productions that were lawfully created before the breach may be addressed separately depending on the nature of the violation and applicable law.
